Job summary

Ralliant is seeking a Master Scheduler to optimize planning across manufacturing cells, focusing on supply and demand planning, order management, data validation and capacity analysis to drive sustained revenue growth.

You will lead MPS, S&OP, and ERP updates, collaborate across Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Engineering, and develop Excel-based tools to monitor KPIs, manage risk, and improve on-time performance.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in operations/supply chain.
Advanced Excel analytics experience required; macros and pivots.
ERP/MRP systems experience required.
Report writer experience required.
Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred.
APICS CPIM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain Master Production Schedules and analyze misses with countermeasures.
Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, Receiving, Quality, and Engineering on schedules and backorders.
Lead monthly S&OP planning and policy development for service level strategies.
Update ERP and Operations Plans to support customer orders and revenue plans.
Develop data monitoring for BOMs, engineering masters, part attributes and lead times.
Provide leadership on scheduling conflicts and resource planning.
Lead continuous improvement projects.
Develop Excel tools to manage metrics and risk.
