Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Master Scheduler onsite to coordinate planning and scheduling across manufacturing and assembly. You will work with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Accounting, HR, Quality and Sales to develop the Master Production Schedule, drive S&OP activity, and ensure on-time delivery.

You will lead CRP, manage capacity planning, and present data to senior leadership while maintaining MRP data integrity and forecasting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management or similar required
• 7+ years in a manufacturing environment preferred
• 3-5+ years planning/scheduling experience required
• Experience in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) required
• Forecasting and cost accounting experience
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with competing priorities
• Experience with low volume/high mix production
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) activities to align procurement, capacity, and lead times with sales demand.
• Review production schedules and adjust material requirements to meet customer needs and minimize shortages.
• Own Master Production Schedule and slot plans for global products and handoff to production work cells.
• Lead Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP) and provide updates to management.
• Track production progress and report KPIs, identifying actions to improve performance.
• Present data to senior management to support business decisions.
• Ensure data integrity in MRP systems and translate forecasts for sourcing and planning.
• Forecast and develop material, component, and subassembly orders to meet inventory and lead time goals.
• Lead scheduling discussions with Sales, Supply Chain and Production for a rolling 6-month outlook.
• Coordinate capacity and long-term planning for sourcing and manufacturing.
