Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Master Scheduler in California to coordinate planning and scheduling for manufacturing and assembly. You will drive S&OP, own the MPS, and work with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Accounting, HR, Quality and Sales to meet customer requirements.

The role requires 7+ years in manufacturing planning, strong forecasting and cost accounting skills, and excellent Excel/Access/Project proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management or similar from an accredited university or college.
• 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3-5+ years of planning and scheduling experience.
• Experience in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) required.
• Forecasting and cost accounting experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Experience with low volume/high mix production, problem solving and analytics.
• Strong presentation skills and proficiency with Excel, Access and Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead S&OP activity and coordinate material procurement timing and capacity planning.
• Own the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and slot plans for global products.
• Lead Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP) and report KPI trends to management.
• Interface with Sales, Supply Chain and Production to align demand with capacity.
• Develop and adjust forecast and order planning to meet inventory goals.
• Communicate lead times and schedule adjustments to supply chain and production.
• Present data to senior management for decision making.
