Job summary

Regal Rexnord seeks a Master Scheduler to coordinate planning and scheduling across manufacturing and assembly. You will work with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Accounting, HR, Quality and Sales to align forecasts with capacity and inventory targets.

The role emphasizes S&OP leadership, KPI reporting, and data-driven decision making. You will liaison with supply chain and production to ensure on-time delivery, optimize lead times, and manage backlog while maintaining data integrity in the MRP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management or similar field.
• 7+ years of manufacturing experience required.
• Experience in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) is required.
• Forecasting and cost accounting experience required.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with competing priorities.
• Experience with low volume/high mix production.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong influencing and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of production and inventory management.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, Access and Project.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary integrator for S&OP, coordinating material procurement timing, lead times and capacity planning.
• Review production schedules and coordinate material requirements with stakeholders.
• Own Master Production Schedule and slot plans for global products and obsolescence.
• Lead Capacity Requirements Planning and provide updates to management.
• Interface with manufacturing cells to track progress and report KPIs.
• Present data to senior management to support business decisions.
• Ensure data integrity in MRP systems and forecast translations for sourcing.
• Forecast and plan material and subassembly orders to meet inventory targets.
• Lead scheduling discussions focusing on a rolling six-month outlook.
