Job summary

Ralliant in Hollister, CA is seeking a Master Scheduler to own and optimize the master production schedule across manufacturing cells. You will work with planning, purchasing, production, quality and engineering to minimize delays, review backorders, and drive on-time delivery through robust S&OP processes.

You will maintain ERP/MRP data, develop lead-time analyses, create load profiles for new programs, and lead continuous improvement efforts with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in operations/supply chain.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Advanced Excel analytics experience required. Comfortable with creating complex macros and pivots.
• ERP/MRP systems experience required.
• Report writer experience required.
• Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred.
• APICS certification in CPIM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor/maintain Master Production Schedules, delays to schedule, identify countermeasures and root causes.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, Receiving, Quality, and Engineering on schedule execution and backorders.
• Establish and lead monthly S&OP planning, aligning service levels with business goals.
• Support ERP and Operations Plans updates to drive customer order fulfillment and revenue planning.
• Create load profiles for new programs and analyze lead times and critical paths before scheduling.
• Develop data monitoring via exception reporting to validate BOMs, engineering masters, and lead times.
• Provide leadership on scheduling conflicts and resource planning.
• Lead continuous improvement projects in scheduling and planning.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based tools to manage trackers, metrics, and variance analysis.
