Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains Ryan White database system related to clinic services for Ryan White eligible patients.
• Determines patient eligibility for Ryan White programing.
• Completes necessary forms and maintains accurate client records.
• Complies with Ryan White, state and private funding requirements.
• Participates in audit preparations and reporting for Ryan White programing.
• Works with Clinic Manager on compliance with Ryan White policies and procedures.
• Participates in the agency's Quality Improvement Program.
• Upholds CentroMed’s mission, values, ethics, and safety standards.
• Maintains high levels of customer service internally and externally.
• Ensures protection of personal, confidential information per HIPAA.
• Assists in training new employees.
• Performs duties on-site as designated.
