Job summary

The Wright Center for Graduate Medical Education is looking for a Ryan White Program Assistant to support the operations of the Ryan White Infectious Disease Clinic. You will be responsible for managing essential program functions, including the hygiene and food pantry program, ensuring clients receive timely support.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within the team. A high school diploma is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate the company vehicle.
• Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Experience working in the EOS® model is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the hygiene and cleaning product program and on-site food pantry.
• Coordinate distribution of hygiene products and pantry items for clients.
• Accurately enter client services into CAREWare weekly.
