Job summary

The Wright Center for Graduate Medical Education in Scranton seeks a RW Compliance Coordinator to monitor and ensure full compliance of the Ryan White Part B program, including prison linkage case management. You will audit files, review policies, and approve payment requests to align with grant obligations.

Reporting to the Ryan White Grants Administrator, you will collaborate with staff to address issues, maintain asset tracking, and coordinate with United Way for funding compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Compliance experience required and preferred.
• Understanding of Ryan White program standards is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving, coaching, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct RW Part B Case Management chart audits monthly to ensure compliance with program standards and contractual obligations.
• Review and update standard operating procedures for the RW Part B program annually.
• Review and approve/deny payment requests by Case Managers within five days of request.
• Track approved/denied payments and ensure documentation in client Medent chart.
• Coordinate with medical case management staff to resolve non-compliance issues.
• Maintain fixed asset inventory (FAI) tracking and share information with United Way.
• Ensure insurance plans are obtained for clients seeking premium assistance.
• Prepare cost-benefit-analysis reports for United Way monthly.
• Ensure RW Part B funded transportation and expenses comply with program standards.
• Submit monthly reports to RW Grants Administrator.
• Maintain an annual workplan for program compliance development.
• Document and verify services in CareWare and Medent; generate monthly service lists for invoicing.
• Review United Way recertification to ensure ongoing eligibility.
• Liaise with United Way to ensure grant compliance and collaboration.
• Witness hygiene checklists for clients receiving hygiene/product assistance.
• Ensure new intakes and case closures are compliant in CareWare and Medent.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
