• 3 years experience in social services, human services, public health, with understanding of state and federal benefits (Medicare, Medicaid, ACA, private insurance).

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end eligibility and enrollment for Ryan White programs at UNMC.
• Educate, assess, and assist patients in identifying insurance options while ensuring program paysor-last-resort status.
