Responsibilities

• Answer and manage routine portal messages; forward if unresolved.
• Oversee medication refill inbox and ensure refills within 2 business days.
• Refill medications directly to pharmacy per protocol.
• Place electronic orders for medication refills as authorized.
• Phone calls direct to pharmacy when indicated.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Meet daily productivity goals with accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with patients, providers, staff, and administration.
