Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three years of retail pharmacy experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to prescription refill requests across multiple channels.
• Verify validity and accuracy of refill requests per guidelines.
• Prepare and dispense prescription refills accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Track KPIs and analyze refill data for trends.
• Support clinical staff with projects and reports.
