Responsabilités

• Answer and manage routine portal messages; forwards to provider staff if unresolved.
• Oversee medication refill inbox; ensure refills within 2 business days.
• Refill medications directly to pharmacy per protocol.
• Place electronic orders for medication refills.
• Phone calls to pharmacies when indicated.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Meet daily productivity and quality standards with accuracy.
