Job summary

Norstella in Remote, United States is seeking an Engagement Manager for RWD Consulting & Commercial Analytics Services. You will own the end-to-end success of client engagements, ensuring reliable delivery, operational efficiency, and strong client outcomes across Norstella’s Real-World Data solutions.

You will work with delivery, data, product, and client support teams to translate client objectives into executable plans, manage day-to-day operations, and drive consistent, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• 6-8 years of hands-on RWD analytics experience.
• 1-2 years leading RWD engagements.
• 1-2 years of SQL coding experience.
• Domain knowledge with commercial, market access, HEOR and epi clients.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned RWD clients.
• Coordinate across internal delivery, data, product, and support teams.
• Guide and coordinate team members across workstreams.
• Maintain project tracking and reporting.
