Job summary

Norstella is seeking an Operations Manager, Contract & Delivery Operations, to own end-to-end contract-to-delivery processes for real-world data datasets. You will coordinate across client engagement, data engineering, QA, and delivery infrastructure, ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries and scalable operations.

The role emphasizes Jira proficiency, cross-functional execution, and clear communication in a fast-paced environment to maintain rigorous delivery standards and proactive issue

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in operations management, delivery operations, or project management in data, analytics, life sciences, or healthcare.
• Jira power-user: epics, subtasks, workflows, filters, board management, and dashboards.
• Proven cross-functional execution across teams that do not report to you, keeping everything on track.
• Familiarity with data delivery pipelines, ETL concepts, scheduling, and secure file transfer.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end contract-to-delivery setup with epics and deliverable metadata across deliveries.
• Drive post-sale delivery operations, renewals/terminations, and ensure deliveries align with contract end dates.
• Configure deliverables in the delivery platform, link scripts, and build delivery schedules.
• Act as configuration gatekeeper to reflect project tracking and code changes in the platform.
• Monitor deliverables daily to maintain an accurate delivery tracking board.
• Handoff from active to steady state with clear ownership transitions.
• Coordinate across Engagement, Technical Operations, QA, and Business Operations during active delivery.
• Manage inbound questions and operational notifications, escalating risks as needed.
