Job summary

Blue Compass RV is seeking an experienced RV Service Manager to lead the service department and drive customer satisfaction in our dealership network. You will supervise technicians, schedule work, and ensure high-quality repairs across all RV systems.

You will manage budgets, track departmental metrics, recruit and train staff, and maintain accurate service records while upholding safety and manufacturer standards to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years RV service experience, 2+ in supervision
• Knowledge of RV systems, diagnostics, and repairs
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage budgets and costs
• Certification in RVDA-RVIA preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the service department.
• Schedule and assign work to ensure timely orders.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements.
• Interact with customers, provide estimates and timelines.
• Recruit, train, evaluate service staff.
• Maintain service records, parts inventory, and safety compliance.
• Develop pricing strategies and department budgets.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards.
