Blue Compass RV Myrtle Beach is hiring an RV Service Manager to lead the service department, oversee technicians, and drive efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will supervise staff, schedule work, monitor performance metrics, and ensure adherence to RV standards.

The role requires several years in RV service with supervisory experience, strong RV systems knowledge, and cost-control abilities. A focus on service excellence, safety, and budgeting is essential for profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degrees preferred.
• 3–5 years RV service experience; 2+ years in supervision.
• Strong RV systems knowledge and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and customer satisfaction focus.
• Ability to manage budgets and cost controls.
• Certification preferred: RVDA-RVIA Service Management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate service technicians and staff.
• Schedule work to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor department performance metrics.
• Interact with customers to provide estimates and timelines.
• Address inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Maintain service records and ensure standards.
