Job summary

Blue Compass RV Midland is seeking an RV Service Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the service department at our Michigan location. You will supervise technicians, schedule work, and ensure timely completion while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will focus on customer satisfaction, manage service records and parts inventory, and drive profitability through efficient processes and strong team leadership.

Qualifications

• Supervise and coordinate service staff, technicians and support personnel.
• Plan and assign work to ensure efficient workflow and on-time completion of service orders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service operations in the RV service department.
• Interact with customers to understand service needs and provide estimates and timelines.
• Train, coach, and evaluate service personnel.
• Maintain service records, parts inventory, and labor hours.
• Ensure service work meets manufacturer and industry standards.
• Prepare and manage department budget and profitability.
