Blue Compass RV is seeking an experienced RV Service Manager to oversee the service department, coordinating technicians and support staff while maintaining high customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes workflow efficiency, training, and profitability within a large RV dealership network.

You will manage budgets, monitor performance metrics, and ensure compliance with industry standards, with a focus on delivering timely, quality service across our nationwide operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years RV service experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• High school diploma required; further education preferred in automotive tech or business management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of service technicians, mechanics, and support staff.
• Schedule and assign work to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of service orders.
• Monitor service department performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
• Interact with customers to understand service needs, provide estimates and timelines.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate service department personnel.
• Oversee inspection, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of RVs; ensure standards.
