Blue Compass RV is seeking an RV Service Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department in Myrtle Beach. You will supervise technicians, schedule work, track performance, and ensure top-tier customer service while maintaining records and budgets.

You will lead training, manage inventory, and promote safety and efficiency in a fast-growing RV service operation. A strong customer focus and leadership mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in RV service or related field.
• Experience supervising or managing a team.
• Strong understanding of RV systems and diagnostics.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate service technicians, mechanics, and staff.
• Schedule work to optimize workflow and timely completion.
• Monitor department metrics and implement improvements.
• Interact with customers to understand needs and provide estimates.
• Address inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
