Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises the service department team.
• Oversees maintenance of autos, golf carts, tractors and other company machinery.
• Manages inventory, ordering and delivery of service supplies and equipment.
• Enforces safety policies and OSHA standards within the department.
• Provides performance feedback and disciplinary recommendations as needed.
• Ensures courteous, efficient customer service and professional conduct.
