Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record preferred.

• Ability to operate the department profitably within dealership guidelines.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations that affect daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises one or more employees in the service department.
• Responsible to maintain all autos, golf carts, tractors, and all other machinery owned by the company.
• Responsible for the inventory, ordering and delivery of all necessary supplies and equipment for the service department.
• Assisting in the disciplinary or promotional recommendations required for all service personnel.
• Responsible for insuring OSHA standards and company safety policies are complied with at all times.
