Campers Inn RV is seeking a General Manager to lead operations at our NH dealership, driving profitability and strong customer retention. The role oversees staff development, manages inventory, and ensures compliance with all regulations while upholding our values of integrity and teamwork.

The General Manager will direct growth strategies, optimize showroom performance, and coordinate with departments to deliver an exceptional RV ownership experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Four-year degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record required.
• Minimum of 3 years of RV industry experience or comparable experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction for the location as an inspirational leader, including meeting financial goals and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and manage a high performing staff, including training and morale, ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Hire and monitor department managers, conduct weekly sales meetings and sales training.
• Address customer complaints to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
