Job summary

Campers Inn RV of Ramsey Inc in Ramsey, MN is seeking a Service Manager to supervise the service team and coordinate activities to ensure upkeep, inventory, and repair of all equipment on site.

The role requires leading a team, managing service operations, and ensuring OSHA standards and company policies are followed at all times. This is a full-time, on-site position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and managerial abilities.
• Experience reading and following instructions and operating within dealership policies.
• Knowledge of OSHA or safety standards is preferred.
• Ability to manage inventory, ordering, and service department workflow.
• Proficiency with computers and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises one or more employees in the service department.
• Maintain all autos, golf carts, tractors, and other company machinery.
• Manage inventory, ordering and delivery of service supplies.
• Assist in disciplinary or promotional recommendations for service personnel.
• Ensure safety policies and OSHA standards are followed at all times.
• Motivate workers to achieve goals and maintain courteous service.
