Job summary

Campers Inn RV is seeking a Sales Manager in Kingston, NH to lead and direct the sales team, implement the company’s sales strategy, and drive growth in the designated region. The role requires coordinating with finance, legal, and other departments to ensure profitable deals and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has four or more years of RV sales management experience, a business degree or equivalent, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record required.
• Minimum four years of RV sales management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for team supervision.

Responsibilities

• Follow our trusted door to deal sales process
• Manage a team of sales specialists to create customers’ perfect “Away”
• Identify revenue programs and facilitate finance, legal and sales practices
• Oversee resource planning, reporting, territories, incentives and communications
• Attend RV shows and location events as needed
