Qualifications

• Experience leading a high-volume service center in RV, automotive, marine, or power sports.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team aligned with revolutionizing the RV service process.
• Develop and manage a staffing plan based on seasonality and demand.
• Monitor KPIs to measure success and adjust strategies accordingly.
