Job summary

Campers Inn RV is seeking a Service Advisor/Writer to work with customers, schedule service work, and communicate additional service needs. The role supports a team dedicated to the RV lifestyle and community impact, offering development opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of one year’s RV service experience preferred.
• Demonstrated excellent oral and written communications skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identifies RV problems by listening to customer’s description of symptoms.
• Verifies warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions
• Develops estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer’s payment, including deductibles
• Prepares repair orders (RO)
• Handles customer complaints and maintains high customer satisfaction standards
• Periodically checks on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and contacts the customer as needed to keep them up to date with their RV’s status
