Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers apprised of work progress.

Key duties include determining customer needs, suggesting add-ons, and providing price estimates before scheduling appointments. A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred and RV/camping lifestyle familiarity is helpful.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of service experience preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle helpful.
• Proficient with computers and the internet for research.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process repair service requests for customers.
• Provide administrative support to the Service Department.
• Keep customers informed on work progress and updates.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase transaction value.
• Provide price estimates for installations prior to scheduling.
