Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers apprised of work progress.

You will determine product needs by working with customers, suggest add-ons to increase transactions, and provide price estimates before scheduling appointments. Strong organizational skills and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of service experience preferred.
• Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle.
• Proficient with computers and internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling and bending.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process repair service requests with customers.
• Provide administrative support to the Service Department.
• Keep customers informed of work progress.
• Determine specialized product needs by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transaction value.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling.
• Maintain documentation and follow-up as needed.
