Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. The role focuses on initiating and processing repair-service requests and providing administrative support to the Service Department, while keeping customers informed about work progress.

Key duties include determining product needs with customers, suggesting add-on sales to raise transaction value, providing price estimates for installations before appointments, and maintaining clear communication on progress.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience is preferred.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required.
• The ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
