Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, recommending add‑on services, and providing accurate price estimates for installations.

You will keep customers updated on progress and ensure satisfaction throughout the service experience. The position emphasizes customer service, sales skills, and the ability to navigate computer systems for estimates and scheduling.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow‑up skills are required.
• The ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add‑on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
