Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department as well as keep customers apprised of work progress.

What You'll Do includes determining product needs with customers, suggesting add-on sales to increase average transactions, providing price estimates for installations prior to scheduling, and keeping customers informed on job status.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• RV product or camping lifestyle background.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required.
• Must follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
