Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair-service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department, while keeping customers informed on work progress. This role emphasizes add-on sales to boost transaction value and requires strong organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year service experience preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
