Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. In this role you will initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed about work progress.

You will help determine product needs, suggest add-ons, and provide price estimates prior to scheduling. A valid driver’s license is preferred and the job is full-time with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of service experience preferred.
• RV product knowledge or camping lifestyle a plus.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills.
