Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed about work progress.

Key duties include assessing customer needs, suggesting add-on sales, and providing price estimates for installations. The role requires initiative, organization, and dependable follow-through in a fast-paced RV environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
