Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department, while keeping customers apprised of work progress.

Responsibilities include determining product needs with customers, suggesting add-ons to increase transactions, pricing estimates for installations, and updating customers on progress.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Prolonged periods of standing and lifting up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments
• Keep customers apprised of work progress
