Job summary

Camping World seeks a Service Advisor to join our team in the United States. You will initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed of work progress.

Key responsibilities include assessing customer needs, recommending add-ons, providing installation quotes, and communicating service status. A background in RV products and strong organization are preferred; a valid driver's license is a plus.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle is preferred.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required.
• The ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
