Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers apprised of work progress.

You will determine specialized product needs, suggest add-on services, provide price estimates for installations, and ensure timely communication throughout the repair process. A minimum of one year of service experience and familiarity with RV products are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of service experience is preferred.
• Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle is preferred.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
