Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department, while keeping customers updated on work progress.

Responsibilities include determining product needs with customers, suggesting add-on sales, and providing price estimates prior to scheduling appointments. A positive, customer-focused mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of service experience preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle preferred.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
