Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair service requests, provide administration support to the Service Department, and keep customers informed about work progress.

Handles product needs with customers, suggests add-ons, and provides estimates prior to appointments. This role emphasizes organization, customer communication, and adherence to department policies.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required.
• The ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments
• Keep customers apprised of work progress
