Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. You will initiate repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed about work progress.

The role emphasizes customer service, RV product knowledge, and an opportunity to improve transaction value through add-on sales. This is a full-time on-site position with a comprehensive benefits package and uncapped commissions within a broad pay range.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year service experience preferred.
• RV product knowledge or camping lifestyle preferred.
• Proficient in using a computer and internet research.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Prolonged standing, bending, and crouching may be required.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process requests for repair services.
• Provide price estimates for installations prior to scheduling.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress and status.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
