Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed on work progress.

You’ll determine product needs with customers, suggest add-on sales to increase transactions, and provide price estimates before scheduling appointments.

Qualifications

• Experience in RV products or camping lifestyle preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Proficient in basic computer tasks and online research.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments
