Job summary

Key duties include assessing customer needs, suggesting add-on services, providing price estimates before appointments, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the repair process.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to upsell add-on services.
• Strong organizational skills and follow-up.
• Proficient computer use for scheduling and searches.

Responsibilities
