The role combines service expertise with revenue growth, offering salary plus commission and opportunity for advancement within a growing RV network.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year as service advisor or automotive role.
• RV service experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact from service check-in to completion.
• Build relationships and upsell service opportunities.
• Provide accurate repair estimates before scheduling.
• Communicate with technicians for diagnostics and timely work.
• Keep customers updated on progress and manage expectations.
• Address customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain accurate work orders and documentation.
