Blue Compass RV Nashville is seeking a Service Advisor to serve as the main liaison between customers and technicians. You will guide customers through service needs with a sales mindset and provide accurate estimates before scheduling.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of service advisor, automotive, or related experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from service check-in through completion.
• Build relationships with customers and identify service needs with a sales-driven approach.
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and installations prior to scheduling.
• Communicate clearly with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely completion.
• Keep customers informed of repair progress and manage expectations.
• Identify upsell opportunities to maximize service revenue.
• Maintain accurate documentation, work orders, and communication records.
