Blue Compass RV seeks a Service Advisor to join our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences while guiding customers through service needs and upsell opportunities. You will coordinate between customers and technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely completion.

The role balances sales with service excellence, offering a salary+commission structure and career growth within a fast-growing RV dealership network. Must have computer skills and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of service advisor, automotive, or related experience preferred.
• Previous RV or camping lifestyle experience is a plus.
• Automotive or service industry background preferred.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from service check-in through completion.
• Build relationships with customers and identify service needs with a sales-driven approach.
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and installations prior to scheduling.
• Communicate clearly with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely completion.
• Keep customers informed of repair progress and manage expectations.
• Address customer concerns and escalated situations with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach.
• Identify upsell opportunities to maximize service revenue.
• Maintain accurate documentation, work orders, and communication records.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced service environment.
