Blue Compass RV Tampa is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team and act as the main liaison between customers and technicians throughout the service journey. You will guide customers through service needs, provide accurate repair estimates, and ensure clear communication to keep work on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from service check-in through completion
• Build relationships with customers and identify service needs with a sales-driven approach
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and installations prior to scheduling
• Communicate clearly with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely completion
• Keep customers informed of repair progress and manage expectations
• Address customer concerns and escalated situations with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach
• Identify upsell opportunities to maximize service revenue
• Maintain accurate documentation, work orders, and communication records
