Blue Compass RV is seeking a Service Advisor in Longmont to deliver exceptional customer experience and drive service department success. You will liaise between customers and technicians, guide service needs with a sales mindset, and provide accurate estimates before scheduling.

The role offers salary + commission with strong earning potential, a 5-day work week, and comprehensive benefits. Prior RV or automotive experience is preferred, along with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of service advisor or automotive experience preferred.
• Sales-driven approach to identify and close service opportunities.
• Excellent communication with customers and technicians.
• Proficient with computers and service systems.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers from check-in through completion.
• Build relationships and identify service needs with a sales-driven approach.
• Provide accurate repair estimates prior to scheduling.
• Communicate clearly with technicians to ensure diagnostics and timely completion.
• Keep customers informed of progress and manage expectations.
• Address concerns with professionalism and problem-solving mindset.
• Identify upsell opportunities to maximize service revenue.
• Maintain accurate work orders and documentation.
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced service environment.
