Blue Compass RV Cincinnati is seeking a Service Advisor who will act as the main liaison between customers and technicians, guiding service needs with a sales-driven approach. You will provide accurate repair estimates, ensure clear communication, and manage daily workflows to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role combines service expertise with sales, offering a salary plus commission and a strong earning potential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of service advisor, automotive, or related experience preferred.
• RV or camping lifestyle experience is a plus.
• Automotive or service industry background preferred.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from service check-in through completion.
• Build relationships with customers and identify service needs with a sales-driven approach.
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and installations prior to scheduling.
• Communicate clearly with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely completion.
• Keep customers informed of repair progress and manage expectations.
• Address customer concerns and escalated situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Identify upsell opportunities to maximize service revenue.
• Maintain accurate documentation, work orders, and communication records.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced service environment.
