Blue Compass RV is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team in a fast-paced, customer-focused service environment. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and technicians, delivering accurate diagnostics, clear recommendations, and timely service coordination.

The role emphasizes a strong sales mindset, exceptional communication, and the ability to upsell service opportunities while maintaining high-quality customer care.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of service advisor, automotive, or related experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• RV or camping lifestyle experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from service check-in through completion.
• Build relationships with customers and identify service needs with a sales-driven approach.
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and installations prior to scheduling.
• Communicate clearly with technicians for accurate diagnostics and timely completion.
• Keep customers informed of repair progress and set expectations.
• Address customer concerns and escalations with professionalism and care.
• Identify upsell opportunities to maximize service revenue.
• Maintain accurate work orders and communication records.
