Blue Compass RV, based out of Fort Lauderdale, is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team in a sales-minded role that balances customer service with department success.

This position combines customer service with sales responsibilities, guiding customers through service needs, identifying upsell opportunities, and handling challenging situations with professionalism. It is a salary plus commission-based role with strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of service advisor, automotive, or related experience preferred.
• Previous RV or camping lifestyle experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from service check-in through completion.
• Build relationships with customers and identify service needs with a sales-driven approach.
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and installations prior to scheduling.
• Communicate clearly with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely completion.
• Keep customers informed of repair progress and manage expectations.
• Address customer concerns and escalated situations with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach.
• Identify upsell opportunities to maximize service revenue.
• Maintain accurate documentation, work orders, and communication records.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced service environment.
